Who is responsible for your data
Eleazar Soto, doing business as Oráculo Analytics, located in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to eleazarsoto.data@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Identification and contact data: your name, your business name and type, email and, if you share it, your WhatsApp number.
- Your self-check answers and any business information you choose to share, such as bookings per month or average booking value.
- Browsing data: pages visited, where the visit came from and site events, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
What we use it for
Necessary purposes: sending your self-check report, answering your messages, scheduling conversations and following up on the services you request.
Additional purposes: measuring which advertising channels work and occasionally sending you information about Oráculo Analytics services. If you do not want these, write to the address above and we will stop using your data for them, without affecting the necessary purposes.
Who it is shared with
We never sell or rent your data. To run the site we use providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (email, spreadsheets and Google Analytics), n8n (process automation), Anthropic (writing the report with artificial intelligence) and Meta (advertising measurement). Beyond that, we would only share data if a competent authority requires it by law.
Your rights
You may access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), and you may withdraw your consent. Send your request to eleazarsoto.data@gmail.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and how to reply to you. We will answer within 20 business days.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and which ads work. You can turn them off in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
